Use of the Website is expressly conditioned on your acceptance of the following terms andconditions. If you do not agree with all or any part of the followingterms and conditions, you are not permitted to make a booking on this website. These Terms may be revised by Westend Travel Inc. from time to time. Please check this page periodically for updates.

You agree that you have read and accepted the Termsand Conditions, Cancellation Policies, and Privacy Policy. In addition, you confirm that you have verified that all information entered during the reservation process is accurate. You also acknowledge and agree that thiswill serve as your electronic signature.

RESERVATIONS:

Online bookings made on this website do not imply afinal confirmation or commitment by Westend Travel to deliver the product reserved at the prices indicated. Westend Travel will make every effort to provide current and accurate information on the website; however, errors may occur. Westend Travel reserves the right to change prices, taxes, fees, or charges without notice or liability to the user or any other person if those changes are due to pricing updates by airlines or suppliers.

Westend Travel cannot guarantee that the pricesadvertised on the website will be available at the time of booking. Therefore, Westend Travel reserves the right at any time to reject, amend, cancel, or terminate any order without prior notification.

FARES, TAXES, FEES, SURCHARGES and TICKETING:

All Fares, Taxes, Fees, Surcharges are:

• Not guaranteed until ticketed
• Subject to change without notice
• Quoted in Canadian dollars, unless specified otherwise, and subject to restrictive terms and conditions imposed by the applicable carrier or supplier
• Subject to ticketing during office working hours and days, with reasonable time to issue tickets before any deadline imposed by fare rules, airlines, or service providers
• Subject to the most restrictive conditions if more than one set of conditions applies to the same booking

NAME, PASSPORT VALIDITY, AND OTHER DETAILS:

All name spellings and the order of names must exactly match the names as they appear on your passport. Please ensure your passports are valid for at least six months beyond your return date of travel and that you possess the required travel documents (e.g., visas) for all final destinations and transit points.

Check your travel dates, destinations, and airport transfers in transit, as some countries may require a transit visa during airport terminal changes. If there is a long or overnight layover during the booking process, note that some countries do not allow transit periods over 12 hours.

Arrive at the airport at least 3 hours before your flight departure time.

PAYMENTS:

We only accept North American–issued creditcards (not debit cards). If you wish to use another payment method, pleasecontact us and we will be happy to assist you.

The credit card used must belong to one of thepassengers in the reservation. Third-party credit cards are notaccepted. We may request additional information or documentation for creditcard transactions.

REFUNDS / CANCELLATIONS:

Refund or cancellation requests must comply withthe fare rules of the airline for that specific booking. All requests must be submitted at least 72 hours in advance during office hours.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

If any provision of these Terms is held by a courtto be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Failure by Westend Travel to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. No single or partial exercise of any right or remedy precludes further exercise of any other right or remedy.

SEVERANCE AND WAIVER:

In the event any provision of these Terms is held by a court to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions contained in these Terms will not in any way be affected or impaired. Westend Travel failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision under these Terms will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision by Westend Travel, and no single or partial exercise by Westend Travel of any right or remedy precludes other or further exercise thereof or the exercise of any other right or remedy.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION:

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any case, controversy, suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms must be brought in a court located in Ontario, Canada. You hereby waive any objection to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts and consent to the jurisdiction of courts located within that province. You also waive any right to transfer or object to the venue of any litigation in accordance with this paragraph.
